This equipment is an instrument for testing the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic loads. Main functions:
1: The integrated design and casting processing of the main frame have high stability and good rigidity. The base is made of solid steel plate and weighs 350kg. The pendulum shaft is supported by a simply supported beam, which has a simple and reliable structure, high machining accuracy, low energy loss, and no shaking when the pendulum swings, making it suitable for high-energy impact.
2: The hanging and detaching device adopts a buffering design, which avoids the impact and possible damage during hanging, effectively reduces the noise during hanging, prolongs the service life of the equipment and improves safety, and ensures accurate pre swing angle of the pendulum. The hook mechanism is easy to disassemble and can be adjusted in its installation position on the pre elevation angle adjustment plate according to test requirements. By adjusting the pre elevation angle of the pendulum, the impact energy and impact velocity of the pendulum can be adjusted.
3: The transmission system adopts a servo motor system, which can accurately control the pre tilt angle of the pendulum and accurately stop the pendulum at any angle, thus testing the pendulum at any angle. The standard two-stage reducer replaces the complex transmission system of the old-fashioned pendulum, with a simple structure, easy assembly and maintenance, long service life, low failure rate, and maintenance free. The reducer is connected to the swing shaft through a dedicated electromagnetic clutch, which has the advantages of high torque, low noise, and fast response speed.
4: The angle acquisition adopts the Japanese NEMICON high-precision photoelectric encoder, with an angle resolution of up to 0.025 °. Ensuring the accuracy of equipment impact energy.
5: There are three types of energy display devices, one is a dial and the other is a text display. Computer software can also display energy values. If it is a single dial, it may occur that the pointer is forgotten to return to zero before the test, resulting in the sample being invalidated. 6: The fully enclosed safety cover effectively prevents the splashing of fractured specimens and also prevents testers from entering the interior of the testing machine during testing. The interlocking door limit switch prevents misoperation and ensures the safety of test personnel. The protective cover frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles, embedded with organic glass for easy observation, and the left and right covers are door shaped structures for easy equipment maintenance and adjustment of the hanging mechanism.
